As the author of “Embracing Monsters”, I guide children in understanding their emotions through practical tools and meditations.
Currently, I am the director of Destino Cosmico, a space where I have brought together women from different ethnic backgrounds and languages to offer services that foster psychic and spiritual growth, creating transformative experiences for deeper self-connection and expanded consciousness.

Formada en la India, me especializo en hatha y yin yoga, pranayama y trabajo energético, guiando a las personas a través de prácticas transformadoras que promueven el bienestar emocional y la atención plena. I’m Brazilian, born in the interior of São Paulo, and I currently live in Lisbon. Since I was a child, spirituality has always been present in my life, nurtured and encouraged by my family. My path is guided by the connection with subtle energies, exploring crystals, smokings and holistic massages as forms of healing. In 2022, I had a transformative experience when I consecrated Ayahuasca in the Brazilian forest. It was a moment of profound expansion, which awakened in me a special calling: to open cards and dive even deeper into my essence, spirituality and intuition. I continue in this flow, learning and sharing, with an open heart and mind.
