I’m Brazilian, born in the interior of São Paulo, and I currently live in Lisbon. Since I was a child, spirituality has always been present in my life, nurtured and encouraged by my family. My path is guided by the connection with subtle energies, exploring crystals, smokings and holistic massages as forms of healing. In 2022, I had a transformative experience when I consecrated Ayahuasca in the Brazilian forest. It was a moment of profound expansion, which awakened in me a special calling: to open cards and dive even deeper into my essence, spirituality and intuition. Soy Estefanía, una mujer apasionada por el crecimiento personal y el equilibrio entre cuerpo, mente y espíritu. Nací en Maipú, Mendoza, y en los últimos años he dedicado mi tiempo a transformarme y ampliar mis conocimientos en terapias holísticas. Durante los últimos tres años estudié la Técnica Superior en Acupuntura en el Instituto Técnico de Medicina, donde me especialicé no solo en acupuntura sino también en Tuina, Tai Chi Chuang y Qi Gong (Chi Kung).
Más allá de mis estudios, encuentro en la naturaleza un santuario y una fuente inagotable de energía. Disfruto de actividades como el Slackline, las caminatas en la montaña y la meditación al aire libre, que me ayudan a conectarme conmigo misma y con el mundo que me rodea. También practico yoga y expreso mi creatividad a través del patinaje, el baile y la pintura, actividades que me permiten fluir con libertad y alegría.
